Built around the gaps in the adaptation journey.

A single Disabled Facilities Grant case involves multiple organisations, professions and systems. Assessment, design, costing, approval and delivery each sit in different places, and the case has to be re-interpreted at every handover.

Today the same case can be repeatedly interpreted, recreated and transferred between different people and systems — a paper assessment becomes a typed report, the report becomes a sketch, the sketch becomes a survey, and the survey becomes a separate quotation and funding calculation.

Each transfer introduces duplication, delay and the risk that the delivered adaptation drifts from the assessed need. Evidence of what was actually installed often lives outside the case entirely.

AdaptPath OS is designed around one shared case record that connects the journey — so assessment, design, funding, approval, delivery and evidence all reference the same source of truth.

AdaptPath OS is currently at concept stage. The initial commercial objective is to secure three paid pilot agreements, with a pilot focus on Southern England — particularly the Portsmouth, Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset, Surrey and Wiltshire area — before expanding through G-Cloud and the HIA network.

OT Assessment Digitiser & Needs Profile

Capture the assessment once, at the point of need.

The occupational therapist can record mobility, transfers, carer requirements, measurements, photographs and other relevant assessment information during the home visit. The information becomes a structured needs profile that subsequent stages can use.

Guided Accessible-Bathroom Design Studio

Turn assessed needs into a guided, buildable accessible-bathroom design.

The design studio is intended to work without traditional CAD training. It continuously checks layouts against accessibility parameters such as turning circles, transfer spaces, clear floor areas, door clearances, reach zones and shower gradients, and produces a dimensioned drawing an installer can work from.

DFG Cost Schedule & Grant Calculator

Connect the design directly to cost and funding.

The platform is designed to price designs against applicable schedules of rates, calculate the applicant's means-tested contribution, calculate the grant position, and identify designs that exceed available funding.

Council Approval Workflow & Audit Trail

Keep approvals structured, visible and auditable.

Configurable approval stages for OTs, technical officers and managers. Actions are intended to be time-stamped within the case history, giving a clear record of who reviewed what and when.

Installer Marketplace & Completion Evidence

Move from approved specification to delivery without losing the case record.

Approved specifications are sent to vetted installers, who quote against the same design brief. Installers can upload progress photographs, and certificates and completion evidence stay connected to the case so completed work can be reviewed against the approved design for remote sign-off.

Portfolio Performance Dashboard

Give managers visibility across the whole caseload.

Conceptual dashboard views for live cases, cases by stage, spend against the £30,000 ceiling, statutory-deadline exposure, installer performance and overall portfolio performance.
